Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hourshave passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges/Returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:
- The product is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
- The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
- The product has expired by the time of delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item at Cococraft, we’ll promptly inform you of its arrival. Following the inspection, we’ll update you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, expect an automatic reimbursement to your original payment method. Typically, it may take about 5-7 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
